We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen. Ricardo is clearly very experienced in design and had lots of great ideas to make it a really functional and beautiful space and to future proof our kitchen so it lasts the test of time. There was a particularly challenging structuring pillar to work around, which didn't make the task easy. The design process with Ricardo was all done remotely, via video conference - and the end result was achieved at a very reasonable price which meant we could spend more on appliances than we otherwise might have done. The fitters were very skilled and efficient and the end result is a really high end finish.
Although I had viewed many kitchen showrooms and online sites, nothing impressed me more then Ricardo with his "nothing is impossible" attitude and his assurance that I would get a first class kitchen unparallel to anything I had dreamed about. There are so many logistic problems getting items over by ferry. Since I had not a clue what design I wanted, Ricardo asked for measurements. There were loads of pertinent questions on our lifestyle, cooking, storage requirements etc. etc. What colour handles or handless, height from which he produced many many plans and ideas. We agreed on a Muller Kitchen. Eventually all the final edges and details were ironed out. Then came the question who would fit the kitchen.
No problem. Florin and Michael, experts within this field were asked and agreed to come from Germany and London. Transportation of the kitchen with Miele appliances was arranged to arrive a week previous to Florin and Michael. Well it could al most have been likened to a 'wonder of the world'. The garage down the road sent up a fitter with a forklift. Duncan's lads off his boat were there. It was "hands on deck" as box after box after box. I just cannot give enough praise to Michael and Florin. They arrived on a Monday evening flight to complete chaos. They worked out their plans and then worked solidly, morning noon and night until their morning flight on Friday.
It was unbelievable what they achieved. Not only the kitchen but also the untility room and porch. They were so easy going and achieved what most would have taken months. The finish is incredible, very easy to clean. Even with our two large collie dogs it's a breeze. The glass lit cabinet is a talking point. Anyone that decides on a Muller Kitchen most certainly will not be disappointed
Delivery and service were great. Ricardo worked with me really closely to create a fantastic kitchen with a couple of more complicated design elements and we're very happy with the end result. It may not have the big shiny name you've hrmeaed of but the quality is 1st rate and delivered for far less money... Which allowed me to go to town on the appliances which I wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise.
